What you actually planted, and how it should be doing

A planting log for every saved spot. Write down what you've put in the ground, and the app keeps the tally: plants, kinds, and how many of them raise caterpillars. Open it from your saved spots.
Matches: Dates can be as vague as you are. Say the day, the month, or just the year — whatever you actually remember. The log then tells you how long a plant has been in and roughly how big it should be by now, from that plant's own measured growth.
Matches: Photos, without handing us your photos. Paste a sighting you posted on iNaturalist — its link, or the UUID the site copies for you — and every photo on it appears beside that plant. One you obscured there stays obscured; only your device knows the corner of the garden.
Plants: "Seldom recorded around here." On a plant's page, under the nearby photos, how often people have recorded it within 31 miles compared with every other plant — so you can put back the ones your area is short of.

Matches: Your saved spots list what's in them. Each spot now shows its tally and a way through to its planting log.
Four of the new creatures now open with a sentence instead of a fragment or a paragraph. Lorquin's admiral led a card with 42 words; the spicebush swallowtail led with five. Same stories, said properly, in French too. Browse by wildlife.

Sources: Twenty plants were citing a command you can't run. Their sources note said a plant was "surfaced by npm run candidates" — one of our tools, meaningless to a reader. It names the evidence now: "Occurrence records in this region's box: 6,819 (GBIF)."
