Added
- The Pacific Northwest now reaches into British Columbia — Vancouver, Victoria, the Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island up to Campbell River. The lowland from Tacoma north is one ecoregion, and the plants have never stopped at the border.
- Planting: the yarrow you buy as seed is often the European kind, naturalized here rather than native. The plant's page now says so, and says to ask for the western one instead.
- Link your iNaturalist username in Settings to bring the past year's plant sightings into a spot. Tick the natives you planted; invasives others have confirmed go on a to-deal-with list.
- Privacy: your iNaturalist username stays on your device, goes only to iNaturalist, and never with a location. Remove it in Settings anytime.
- Each region's five most-wanted invasives now have a page of their own, with a preview picture listing all five, so you can send a neighbour one link.
Changed
- The "what to do this season" card now knows which side of the equator your garden is on, so a spot in Sydney or Cape Town sees spring now, not autumn.
- The list of services on the Privacy page is now enforced, not just promised: your browser refuses any lookup to an address that isn't on it. Two missing entries join it: the services naming your region in Europe and south of the equator.
Fixed
- Privacy: opening a saved spot told our visit counter which spot it was, by its private code. Now it only hears that a saved spot was opened, so visits to the same garden can't be linked.
